Sam on MSNBC Discussing Police Brutality

“A lawyer is either a social engineer or a parasite on society.”

—Charles Hamilton Houston

Charles Hamilton Houston may not be as well known as his most prominent protĂ©gĂ©, the late Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall, but the impact of his thinking on our justice system is undeniable. I have made my way through the legal profession on the shoulders of these “Champions of the Poor and Dispossessed,” and I consider myself a social engineer.

Compassionate with You, Aggressive with Insurance Companies

Sam Anyan is committed to providing compassionate and personalized legal representation.  Sam strives to ensure injured people are appropriately represented against insurance companies and defense lawyers.

Don’t Settle Your Injury Claim Before You Consult With A Lawyer

Insurance companies often try to settle  a serious injury or wrongful death claim quickly – before the full extent of your injury or the impact of your loss is even known.  Remember, the insurance company is trying to settle your claim for the lowest amount of money possible.  Statistics show that people who are represented by an attorney recover more compensation, even after deducting attorney’s fees and litigation costs, than those who try to settle their bodily injury claims themselves.
